Howard Hall was completed in 1963, and major renovations in 1995 added much-needed additional space.

The residence hall is named for H.J Howard, who served North Greenville University as the Dean of Students for many years. This residence hall has the capability of housing ninety-six students.

Howard Hall is centrally located on campus next to Turner Chapel and directly behind White Hall. The rooms in this residence hall are suite-style, with two rooms adjoined by a shared bathroom. The room floor is 17 x 11 feet, has regular twin mattresses, and has blinds that measure 49 inches.

Each room has two sets of blinds that cover one long window that measures 100 inches. This residence hall has magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents.

The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers. This residence hall has a large laundry facility built into the residence hall.
