Martin Hall is the newest residence hall on the North Greenville University campus. This residence hall was completed in 2008 and houses, seventy-two female residents.
Charles and Lula Martin provided the financing for this two-story residence hall.
This newly built residence hall has a large furnished common area, study area, and laundry facilities in the hall. The rooms in this residence hall are suite-style, with two rooms adjoined by a bathroom.
Martin Hall has a one-floor style with a floor space of 15 x 12 feet. The room has regular-length twin mattresses and 36-inch blinds. Like all female residence halls, this residence hall has magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents.
The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers. Martin is located at the bottom of campus near the baseball facilities and is just a short walk to all major campus facilities.
