Emery Hall was completed in 2000 and had a capacity for sixty-four female students. This residence hall was funded and named in honor of Dr. Arnold and Pauline Emery of Campobello, South Carolina.
Emery Hall is located near the back of campus, directly behind Hamlin Recital Hall and near Hayes Ministry Center. The rooms in these residence halls are suite-style, with two rooms adjoined by a shared bathroom.
This residence hall has a large furnished common area, study area, and laundry facility. Emery Hall offers two-room styles: a square room layout that measures 15 x 12 feet and a rectangular room layout that measures 20 x 9 feet. The rooms have extra-long twin mattresses and 36-inch blinds.
Like all female residence halls, this residence hall has magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents. The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers.
