Vandiver Hall was completed in 2005 and had a capacity of seventy-two female students. This residence hall was funded by Thomas Vandiver and Carolina First Bank and was named in honor of Thomas Vandiver.

Vandiver Hall is located near the bottom of campus, directly behind Brashier Hall and adjacent to Martin Hall. The rooms in these residence halls are suite-style, with two rooms adjoined by a shared bathroom.

This residence hall has a large furnished common area, study area, and laundry facility. Vandiver has one room style with a 15 x 12 feet floor space. The rooms have regular-length twin mattresses and 36-inch blinds. Like all female residence halls, this residence hall has magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents.

The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers.
