Georgia/Marshall Residence

Georgia Hall and Marshall Hall are the newest residence halls on the North Greenville University campus.

These residence halls were completed and opened in the fall of 2014 and house seventy-two residents each. Marshall H. and Georgia T. Roberson of Anderson, South Carolina, provided the financing for these two-story residence halls.

These newly built residence halls have a large furnished common area, study area, and laundry facilities in the hall. The rooms Georgia and Marshall Hall are suite-style, with two rooms adjoined by a bathroom. Georgia and Marshall Hall have a one-floor style with a floor space of about 12 x 11 and a rug space of about 9 x 9.

The rooms have extra-long twin mattresses and 34-inch blinds. These residence halls have magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents. The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers.

Georgia and Marshall are located between the baseball facilities and Crusader Court and are just a short walk to all major campus facilities.
