Brashier Hall was completed in 1973 and remodeled in 2004. This residence hall has a capacity of forty-four students.

This residence hall was a gift from Dr. T. Walter Brashier, a Greenville businessman, and Southern Baptist evangelist. Brashier Hall is located near the bottom of campus, directly behind the baseball field and in front of Vandiver Hall.

The laundry facility for this dorm is located in Vandiver Hall. The rooms in this residence hall are situated as apartments. Each room offers two bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living room. Brashier has one room style with a 13′ x 11′. The rooms have regular-length twin mattresses and have 49″ blinds. Like all female residence halls, this residence hall has magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents. The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers.
