Martin Hall

Martin Hall is the newest residence hall on the North Greenville University campus. This residence hall was completed in 2008 and houses, seventy-two residents.

Charles and Lula Martin provided the financing for this two-story residence hall.

This newly built residence hall has a large furnished common area, study area, and laundry facilities in the hall. The rooms in this residence hall are suite-style, with two rooms adjoined by a bathroom.

Martin Hall has a one-floor style with a floor space of 15 x 12 feet. The room has regular-length twin mattresses and 36-inch blinds. This residence hall has magnetic locks on the exterior doors with prop alarms for the safety of the residents.

The rooms come equipped with a sink, two desks, two beds, two closets, and two dressers. Martin is located at the bottom of campus near the baseball facilities and is just a short walk to all major campus facilities.
