Leadership: Servant Leadership Concentration
Elevate your impact across cultures and generations – through servant leadership.
Become a Effective Leader
Effective leadership, in ministry and society, does not have to be a complicated process. You want to glorify God as you follow Christ and lead others to do the same. But where do you start? You look to God’s Word and the history of the church to elevate your understanding of servant leadership.
The Master of Arts in Leadership with a servant leadership concentration is part of our Institute for Faith and Culture and will prepare you to be a leader through coursework that engages with the best insights from the field of leadership studies from the perspective of a biblical worldview. Program themes include the biblical foundations of leadership, the importance of personal leadership, and the importance of leading across generations and cultures.
Bring your in-class studies to life through Impact 360’s Residency Program. Explore the biblical foundations of servant leadership. Examine leadership, personal development, communication, and more from a Christian worldview. Experience the impact of disciples making disciples across generational and cultural divides.
This degree emphasizes personal and ethical growth, making you a valuable asset in organizations that prioritize holistic leadership and personal development.
