Experience the world of printmaking – from traditional methods to our modern digital age. Explore the history, theory, and conceptual foundations of printmaking. Refine your technical skills in the craft itself. Engage intaglio, photogravure, lithography, monotype, book/papermaking, screenprints, woodcuts, and more.
Then, utilize your newfound talents in a variety of careers. Create your own work as a freelance or commissioned artist. Work in-studio with other artists to produce their collections. Teach, direct, curate, and more. All through your Bachelor of Arts in Art with a concentration in printmaking.
What Can I Do With a Degree in Printmaking?
A career in printmaking involves creating artwork through various printmaking techniques such as relief printing, intaglio, lithography, screen printing, or monotype.
Printmakers use their creativity and technical skills to produce unique and multiple copies of their artwork, often using specialized tools and equipment.
They can work as independent artists, exhibit their work in galleries, collaborate with other artists, or pursue commercial opportunities in areas such as illustration, design, and fine art printing.

You’ll also take Chapel every semester, and Cultural Events for the first four semesters. You earn credit through attendance, and each course counts as half a credit.
