Donnan/COBE Project: Apr 2023

The demolition worked slowed in April which made way for mechanical work to start along with the early stages of interior framing. Concrete was cut and removed to provide access for plumbing and electrical upgrades. Indoor HVAC systems are in the process of being installed while the exterior walls of the building are opened as part of the significant exterior renovation work.
