Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is ready to assist you in person during our regular business hours. Important Information
  • Appointment Schedule: Appointments are available from the second Monday following the start of the semester. Please schedule an appointment in advance for any assistance you may require.

  • Mobile Device Support: Regrettably, we currently do not offer support services for mobile devices. Our team is available to assist with other technology-related issues.

  • After-Hours Support: For after-hours support, if you reside on campus, kindly inform your Resident Assistant about the technical issue you are facing. They will guide you on the appropriate course of action.
