Student Flourishing

Personal Growth and Purpose

The Center for Student Flourishing offers holistic student development that integrates academic success resources and health service to promote well-being, purpose, and personal growth. Explore the variety of services we offer below.

For Your Success:

Our First Year Experience program will help you learn how to make a successful transition to college and thrive at NGU.

We offer free tutoring for a wide variety of classes, whether you’re in a difficult course or just want to maintain high performance.

The Office of Student Accessibility supports students with diagnosed disabilities through a wide range of academic accommodations.

We provide a distraction-reduced testing environment for students with academic accommodations, working with faculty to facilitate individual tests outside of class when necessary.

We engage with students participating in distance learning, extending the online community beyond the virtual classroom.

We’re here to equip you with the tools, guidance, and opportunities needed to step confidently into the future with career services. Whether exploring career options, preparing for internships, or transitioning into the workforce, our team is here to support, guide, and empower.

For Your Health:

Your health matters. The Clinic serves the NGU community by providing health services through a licensed nurse practitioner. The Clinic provides health screenings, testing/lab work, and local referrals for additional care. Visits are free of charge, and any outside services (prescriptions, lab work, etc.) are billed to personal insurance.

NGU Counseling seeks to encourage and facilitate personal growth and healing by providing Christ-centered, clinically appropriate individual and group counseling opportunities. We want to help you become whole emotionally, relationally, spiritually, psychologically, physically, and academically.
