Stationary bikes. Even a dedicated spinning room. Plus, spacious locker rooms and private showers. Your health matters, at NGU.
Need help? We’ve got you! From technical advice to innovative strategies for personal fitness (or maybe just a friendly greeting) – we’ve got you covered. Most staff members at Younts are Health and Wellness students who care about your fitness goals as much as you do. Simply put, we’re here to help!

Monday – Thursday:

Monday – Friday:
- 5 a.m. – 6 a.m. (Faculty & Staff Only)
- 6 a.m. – 10 a.m. (Open Hours)
- 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. (Open Hours)
- 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. (Faculty & Staff Only)
