Submitting Maintenance Requests

Submit a Work Order

For all non-emergency maintenance requests please submit a work order request using our work order request system “SchoolDude”.

  • If this is your first time using SchoolDude, please click the “register here” arrow and complete the required information.
  • In the “New Password & Confirm Password” field enter “trailblazer” (you will have the option to change your password later if you want to).
  • You will have to create a work order request to complete the registration process. If you do not have a request to enter, you can create a test request. In the description field you can enter “test.” Be sure to type a request in the description field and refrain from copying and pasting and using special characters (@, #, %).

  • When creating work order requests, please enter one task per request. For example, do not create a plumbing and an electrical request on the same work order.

Please use the SchoolDude work order system instead of calling or emailing the Campus Enhancement Services department for non-emergency requests. If you have problems logging in or using the system, please contact the SchoolDude support team at 877-868-3833 or support@schooldude.com.

In the event of an emergency where our services are needed, please call Campus Enhancement Services at 864-977-7161 (7161) or 864-663-7513 during normal business hours M-F (8:00am-4:30pm).
If you have a maintenance emergency after hours you should call our CES after-hours number at (864) 813-1408.
