  • Professional Experience

With extensive experience in sales and marketing in healthcare and higher education. I have developed strategies and executed plans to elevate occupancy rate, customer satisfaction, sales performance and enrollment. I use my business development knowledge to establish relationships with prospects, faculty, and external partners. I have expanded business within established territories and under-performing markets with as many as 35 direct reports in multiple states. Trained, coached, and developed sales staff in all aspects of volume-producing responsibilities, achieving marked increased revenue flows. A main driver of growth, this experience has cross-pollenated into the field of higher education translating into material enrollment gains. This business acumen has served current role well and should be applied across all platforms to maximize growth opportunities.

I managed and achieved Sales Team of the Year for Atlantic Division, Healthcare. Promoted to Corporate Sales director after one year of service. Developed several sales employees into sales managers – most satisfying of all.
