"At some point, we all have to choose between what the world wants you to be and who you are." - Natasha Romanoff
  • Professional Experience

I graduated from NGU in 2014 and immediately went to work in marketing for a local financial advisor while working part time at the YMCA of Greenville. After two years, I left for an opportunity to work for my dad, who I have always admired as a business leader and was able to perform many functions for his business which allowed him to step back and prepare for retirement. After 6 years there, I was looking for a change that led me back to NGU. Coming back to work here was an easy choice, as NGU has become the university I always wanted as a student.

  • My Story

Arriving at NGU for college was an easy decision for me, although I never knew what I wanted to do in my career. I was able to be a part of the cheerleading team while at NGU, work part-time, and change my major 3 times (not recommended, but doable!). Back then, I thought I had everything figured out. God has an amazing way of pointing out what we should be doing, even if our initial response is to run away, which I did quite often, so I could pursue my own wants and desires. He took my shortcomings and independent stubbornness and showed me how he can use my gifts for Him and presented many opportunities that led me to learn how I can best serve him in the workplace.
