My experience comes from management positions while serving in the U.S. Navy for 20 years as a senior enlisted staff member for several commands. I have also owned my own construction company from start-up to dissolving the company back in 2008, I also have extensive experience while serving as Director of Human Resources and later as Project Director for the Department of Labor.
