  • My Story

I was blessed with a unique 28-year corporate career that touched many aspects of business leadership. This included working at Ford Motor Company where only God could have orchestrated the 16-year path that took me from database programmer to Vehicle Line Manager for the Taurus/Sable product line. Along the way I became a certified Project Management Professional (PMP), earned my Master of Science degree in Engineering Management (Wayne State University), and earned certification in both Lean Manufacturing and as a Six Sigma Blackbelt. After much thought and prayer, I made the difficult decision to leave Ford Motor Company, joining Hyster-Yale Group where I spent the next six years, first as Director of Global Product Development Processes, Systems, and Operations, and then as the Director of the Americas Warehouse Products Development Center, a $200 million dollar business. I then served as Vice President of Quality, Engineering, and Continuous Improvement for TWG, a Dover Company. Over the last ten years I have had the opportunity to bring my passions of business leadership and advancing the Gospel together as the Owner of C12 Northeast Florida. C12 equips Christian CEOs and business owners to build great businesses for a greater purpose. I have a passion for leadership and serving my Lord which has given me many opportunities to serve in church leadership capacities. I also have a passion for workplace leadership and have developed and delivered many training classes in Project Management, Change Management, and Lean implementation. I have always been a student of Organizational Theory and tools and have facilitated numerous process improvement and Kaizen events. I served as an Adjunct Professor at Wayne State University, teaching a Masters-level Project Management course for Ford Motor Company’s high potential employees. I enjoy time with my family, outdoor activities, reading, and watching football, especially the Michigan Wolverines and Detroit Lions
