Business and Leadership

Occupation: Store Manager at Food Lion, Simpsonville, SC

In 2017 at the age of 42, I decided to accept God’s calling and complete my degree. That was a defining moment in trusting God to direct my path. Trying to balance family, work, and school the past four years has not been easy but has been one of the most rewarding decisions I ever made.

I was drawn to NGU’s online program to take 100-percent web-based classes. All my professors were very knowledgeable as course instructors. The weekly dialogue posts and engaging with other students are both educational and encouraging. Being able to interact with so many diverse backgrounds and understanding their point of view really helps you grow as a Christian.
