Worship Leading
Occupation: Worship and Communications Associate at Taylors First Baptist Church

I started singing in the kids’ choir and playing guitar when I was 10 and that is where my musical journey began. Growing up I loved country music and wanted to be the next Taylor Swift, but the Lord kept working on my heart to lead worship and grow in that area. Then in ninth grade, I knew I was called to music ministry and that’s when I knew going to college, I would have to pick a Christian university.
Then in the Lords plan I ended up at North Greenville and learned so much about ministry and music technology and leading. North Greenville University did a wonderful job preparing me for every life adventure that I have faced. Going to NGU was not at all a part of my plan. I had dreams for years to go to a different Christian university, but NGU was always a part of the Lord’s plan for my life.
Looking back, I would not change any of it. Going to NGU was life changing. I learned so much and have grown immensely as a Christian young woman because of all the amazing professors I had and friends that I made in my time there. I would highly recommend NGU to anyone looking for a Christian university.
