Marketing: From A to (Almost) Z
The world of marketing is broader than you might realize. Work as an advertiser (there’s your ‘A’), brand manager (B), copywriter (C), event planner, market researcher, sales director, social media coordinator, even web developer (see, we almost got to Z!)
From mom-and-pop shops to global corporations, the modern world depends on marketing. Master your craft and open the door to limitless career options.
Experience Learning Without Limitations
Student Marketing Association (SMA)
Attend workshops with guest speakers. Expand your professional network. Pursue leadership positions. Enhance your resume. And explore career opportunities. All as a member of the SMA.
Internships to Fit Your Schedule
All marketing majors must complete an internship for academic credit. However, not all internships are created equal. Choose between three, six, nine, or 12 credit-hour internships – whatever works best for you. These options represent 120, 240, 360, and 480 hours of actual work, respectively.
Build a Website from the Ground Up
Sharpen your technical skills and display your creativity as you build a basic web page. No experience? No problem! Expand your e-commerce abilities through hands-on website development training.
Become a Master of Marketing
Elevate Your Perspective
You’ll also take Chapel every semester, and Cultural Events for the first four semesters. You earn credit through attendance, and each course counts as half a credit. This is the NGU difference, how you find your peak performance and elevate your perspective, intellectually, emotionally, and spiritually.
