Named for Dr. Murphree C. Donnan, NGU’s CEO from 1928 to 1962, the Donnan Administration Building sits atop the highest point on the Tigerville campus—boasting spectacular views of the surrounding hills and nearby mountains.

  • Expanded academic resources and common areas for study and conversation
  • Grand entry area and exterior balconies accentuating spectacular vistas
  • Four classrooms with contemporary digital technology resources
  • Flex classroom/event space to accommodate special gatherings
  • Office suite for COBE dean and associate dean
  • Student Commons and two collaboration rooms
  • President’s Office and Senior Administration Suite
  • Offices for Executive Vice President, Provost, Chief Financial Officer, University General Counsel
  • 25-Person Conference Room (hosting meetings, special events, advisory groups)
  • COBE workrooms, administrative space, faculty offices
  • 10-Person Conference Room for focused meetings
  • Facility features including a new elevator, stairwells, expanded ADA-compliant restrooms
