  • My Story

    Teaching is my passion. Before any significant learning can take place, students must know that I care. Accordingly, it is important that I establish rapport with students by seeking to discover commonalities. Unearthing meaningful commonalities require seizing opportunities to develop relationships with students by understanding what their interests are and providing clear indicators that they are in a safe environment to express ideas, take risks, and offer personal experience and knowledge; even if it conflicts with my own thought process. However, I strongly encourage diplomacy and tact as both are hallmarks that can be beneficial in any environment.

    Favorite Course to Teach

    Management in Organizations – I am an unyielding believer that every employee is passionate about something. Therefore, it is management’s responsibility to find out what their passions are and create an environment that hones in on their motivation. Every day, I have the privilege of helping to create the next generation of transformational leaders who will help others discover their passion.
