To request a transcript please write to:

Be sure to include the following information:
Full name (include name at time of attendance)
Date of birth
Social Security number
Phone Number
Mailing address for the request
Your signature (Transcript will not be released without proper signature)
You may also fax your request to 864-977-7031. Emailed requests will only be accepted with an attached signature.
One free official transcript will be provided for each semester of enrollment up to a maximum of two. Additional transcripts are $5 each. You must submit payment with request.
